PARASITES, WORMS & FUNGUS

I hope that everyone took time to watch the video I linked on the last post.  Wayne Rowland shares how he "accidentally" cured himself of two types of cancer by choosing a RIFE frequency that he thought was targeting cancer, but mistakenly chose the frequency that targeted worms and parasites instead.  He did end up curing his cancer and led him to the discovery of how much these pesky creatures impact our health. 

One thing that I think is very important during my health journey, is getting my body to a state that healing can begin.  I feel that two of the foundations of that state is to detox and to ground.  At the point of getting my body to the best purity I can achieve by doing that, I feel that God's intricate designing of my body can begin the healing process.  Did you know that it is a common practice around the world to do an annual worming?  Why are we not doing this here in the United States?  Could this be part of why we rank among the sickest population despites outspending the rest of the world on healthcare?

Detoxing...I'm not going to lie, this really grossed me out.  Once I began reading about the parasites and worms that inhabit our body and some of the stories about them, I wanted to quickly forget about it and ignore it.  Unfortunately, the nasty critters are responsible for most of our diseases.  Then there are the funguses in our body - Candida is one of the major contributors to cancer.  Candida feeds on sugar and sugar is predominate in most of our food today.  Candida dictates many food cravings, causes the bloated belly (beer belly in men) and causes many issues for our health.

As you can start to see, it is hard for our bodies to perform it's healing functions when there is so much getting in the way!  There are many different diets, and detox cleanses available.  I am currently fasting from sugar for 90 days to deal with the candida.  I plan on doing a full body detox to get rid of the worms and parasites.  Again, if you have not watched the video from the last post I highly encourage you to do so!  I plan on ordering Wayne Rowland's detox system.  We will see!!!

The Beginning of My Journey

Taking Small Steps

 "Take small steps every day and one day you will get there."  Unknown Today is Week 1, Day 1 I am fasting today.  I was surprised to learn what a tool this was in our health!   I am also listening to healing frequency music - found on YouTube.  Try to find 432 HZ or better.  I drank some alkaline water - You can make by using 1tsp of Red Mills baking soda (don't use ARM & HAMMER) added to your water.   I plan on using the sauna (you need to sweat at least 3 times a week! Not hard to do in the current heat). Exercise and to do some time on the exercise bike.  I have also found on Instagram some channels I follow that show simple exercises to build strength which is very important as you age as it affects your mobility!  Once you find a few, your feed will be filled with information!
