Taking Small Steps

"Take small steps every day and one day you will get there."  Unknown

Today is Week 1, Day 1

I am fasting today.  I was surprised to learn what a tool this was in our health!

  • I am also listening to healing frequency music - found on YouTube.  Try to find 432 HZ or better.  I drank some alkaline water - You can make by using 1tsp of Red Mills baking soda (don't use ARM & HAMMER) added to your water.
  • I plan on using the sauna (you need to sweat at least 3 times a week! Not hard to do in the current heat).
  • Exercise and to do some time on the exercise bike.  I have also found on Instagram some channels I follow that show simple exercises to build strength which is very important as you age as it affects your mobility!  Once you find a few, your feed will be filled with information!
  • Grounding - I sleep on a grounding cover.  Not all grounding is equal.  Mine is from www.antiagingbed.com/purpose - It has a patented design that makes a difference over many of the others that are out there.  I will do a post later about the benefits of grounding.  You can ground for free by going outside and walking barefoot for approximately 20-30 minutes if possible.
  • Today I took some magnesium glycinate.  Apparently most Americans are highly deficient in magnesium.  It is responsible for heart health, bone health, metabolic health, sleep, stress management, digestive health, migraines, muscle function and inflammation.  Big responsibilities in the body to not have enough!

Please note that I am not a medical professional.  I am only sharing my journey to creating health and restore my body, as well as information that I have found along the way.
