The Wonder of Castor Oil

As I shared in my first post, discovering a YouTube link about Castor Oil by Barbara O'Neil started me on delving into natural ways to treat a variety of issues.  I was fascinated about the healing properties.  Here are just a few of many benefits that Castor Oil provides...

A personal story I would like to share is that I had the opportunity to share with a family member that had just found out that she had breast cancer.  She used the the castor oil pack and feels that the castor oil did reduce the size of the tumor!  Forever grateful!  I hope that you will enjoy some of the amazing ways to use the little bottle of wonder!  Just make sure you purchase organic, hexane free castor oil!

The Beginning of My Journey

Taking Small Steps

 "Take small steps every day and one day you will get there."  Unknown Today is Week 1, Day 1 I am fasting today.  I was surprised to learn what a tool this was in our health!   I am also listening to healing frequency music - found on YouTube.  Try to find 432 HZ or better.  I drank some alkaline water - You can make by using 1tsp of Red Mills baking soda (don't use ARM & HAMMER) added to your water.   I plan on using the sauna (you need to sweat at least 3 times a week! Not hard to do in the current heat). Exercise and to do some time on the exercise bike.  I have also found on Instagram some channels I follow that show simple exercises to build strength which is very important as you age as it affects your mobility!  Once you find a few, your feed will be filled with information!
